Funding available for community projects
Rural development agency, Cadwyn Clwyd wants to hear from any organisation in Holywell interested in applying for grant-aid from its Rural Key Fund to help establish or develop community-led projects that aim to enhance the quality of life and strengthen capacity within the town.
The grantwill fund 75% of the cost of any eligible projects up to a value of £24,999. The grant might also be available to fund a distinct element of a much bigger project. The sum of £475,000 available and the money will be allocated to groups on a first come first served basis.
The grant isfunded by the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007-2013, which is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
